Research Services Survey

In 2011, Research Services administered a Satisfaction Survey, via Select Survey, to members of the IWK Health Centre. The goal of the survey was to assess how we are performing as a service and to identify areas for improvement.

Respondents were eighty-seven IWK staff with an average of 13.14 years research experience. The following graphs describe the responses we received across the services we provide.

We are pleased to report that overall, respondents rated our services quite favorably.
