Travelling Clinics: Whenever possible, patients are followed close to their home community in one of 23 clinics held in different sites throughout the Maritime Provinces. Clinic sites include Sydney and Yarmouth, Nova Scotia; Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island; Moncton, Saint John, Fredericton and Bathurst, New Brunswick.
