Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) have been developed to track our progress. The KPIs are linked to the five key directions of our Strategic Plan:
- Helping Families be Healthy and Get the Best Care,
- Becoming a High Performance Organization,
- Using Resources Wisely,
- Keeping Patients Safe,
- Being the Best Teachers and Researchers.
