Clinic visits are every Wednesday, however, this day may change if it does not work for you, your family, or other care providers. The frequency of clinic visits will depend on your individual needs. The medical clinic assessments take place in the Health Centre on 8 South, Neurology (located on the 8th floor, Children's Site at the IWK). Support services are provided by department administrative assistants and receptionist/booking clerks who help you organize your many appointments.
Outreach services are provided by the nurse coordinator, with the assistance of team members as necessary through home visiting, school assessments and in-services and liaison with community services.
