The aim of the research program at the IWK Health Centre is to facilitate the development of excellence in areas of research related to child, maternal and women’s health. Applications for support are judged primarily on the scientific merit of the application.
The aim of the Category MEG grant is to fund the cost of time on the IWK/NRC magnetoencephalograph (MEG) system. Proposals of up to $3,000 (maximum 10 hours of acquisition time) may be awarded. Subject to availability of funds, a maximum of three grants will be awarded. Note: no other expenses will be covered by the Category MEG grant. Applicants seeking support for operational or human resources expenses may do so through the other IWK Health Centre grant competitions.
