Southside Terrace Cafeteria
The Southside Terrace Cafeteria, located on the main floor of the Health Centre, is open from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m, Monday to Friday; 9:15 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Satuday and Sundays; Closed on Holidays, serving a variety of salads, sandwiches, desserts and beverages, as well as hot food items. Please note that the Cafeteria is closed on weekends and holidays.
Vending Machines
A 24-hour vending service is located outside the cafeteria and on the Birth Unit, 3rd floor, Women’s and Maternity Services Site. There you can buy coffee, soft drinks, hot and cold snacks. A change machine is also available.
Tim Hortons
Tim Hortons is located in the IWK Gallery, off University Avenue. It is open from 6:30 a.m. until midnight, seven days a week.
Subway
There is a subway restaurant located in the IWK Gallery, off of University Avenue. It is open seven days a week from 6:30 a.m. to 1 a.m.
Pizza Slice and Frosty Ice
There is a pizza and frozen treats restaurant in the IWK Gallery, University Avenue entrance. It is open seven days a week from 11 a.m. to midnight.
Other Places to Eat There are also a number of restaurants in the local area that will deliver to the Health Centre. Please check the yellow pages of the local telephone book.
