Sobeys

Baby Be Healthy Program is offered through Sobeys pharmacy where moms can sign up for and receive free prenatal vitamins.

1:1 pre-natal and post-natal nutritional counselling is available through Sobeys to moms who are able to pay out of pocket/have insurance coverage.

In Halifax and Bedford, Sobeys Dietitians partner with Public Health to offer Mom and Baby drop-in programs with Dietitian and Public Health nurse. You can email Jennifer.hamm@sobeys.com for more information.

Other Community Support

Approximately 375 breast surgeries will be performed annually at the IWK, with approximately 3,000 visits to the Breast Health Clinic.
